School of Nursing

Your support for the WVU School of Nursing will help secure a bright and prosperous future for teaching, research, service, and practice initiatives in nursing. The School is a dynamic part of the Health Sciences Center, providing innovative educational programs, advanced research, service initiatives, and leadership in meeting the healthcare needs of West Virginia. Our educational programs prepare nurses to meet basic health needs, advanced practice nurses to address complex needs, and doctoral-level nurses to advance nursing knowledge through research, to assist in policy formulation, and to educate others.
